02 · How it works

Rehearsed, then real.

We start with an export from your current system and map it to Posific. Then we run a full trial import on a copy and reconcile it: counts, totals, balances and stock, line by line. You check the numbers. On switch day we take a final export, import it the same way, and your team opens Posific.

03 · Day one

Staff carry on without noticing.

Barcodes scan the same products. Customers owe what they owed. Your invoice numbering continues from the last number you issued. Imported history posts to the books automatically, so profit and loss and VAT start from real figures.
