Your information in Posific
Posific uses account information to identify users and provide authorized access to business workspaces. Product, customer, sales and stock records support the business activities you manage in Posific.
Accounts and business records
Account details support authentication and authorized business access. Merchant records have separate purposes, permissions and retention requirements. A public demonstration uses synthetic data and does not access merchant records.
Website preferences and interactions
Your appearance preference is saved in this browser. The interactive register uses demonstration products without accessing merchant records. The introduction form keeps its contents on the page; choosing Copy introduction copies those contents to your clipboard.
Access and retention
Product access follows business, location and role boundaries. Retention and deletion depend on the purpose and type of record. Sales and stock corrections preserve their underlying history through authorized business workflows.
Your account and questions
Keep account details accurate and use a separate account for each team member. Review access with your business administrator when responsibilities change. The Help center explains account access, password recovery and the information needed to get started.
