Can I turn a quotation into a sale?
Yes. Open the quotation at the till and complete it. Today's prices apply unless a manager honours the quoted ones.
Can I record post-dated cheques?
Yes. Record the cheque number, bank and date. The cheque register follows it until it clears, and a bounce puts the amount back on the customer's account.
Can business customers get A4 tax invoices?
Yes. Any sale can print as an A4 tax invoice with your company details and the VAT shown.
