Owners, managers and cashiers each sign in as themselves. Roles decide what each person can see and do, from discounts and price overrides to the books, and every change is kept in the access history.

01 · Roles
Start with Owner, Manager and Cashier, then shape your own roles from individual permissions: giving larger discounts, overriding prices, receiving payments, keeping the books and more.
02 · People & locations
Give each person their own account, choose their role and the locations they work at. When someone leaves, remove their access; their past sales keep their name.
03 · Access history
Every access change is checked on the server and kept in the access history. Buttons a person isn't allowed to use are hidden, and the server checks again anyway.
Honest print
Sensitive actions such as Developer API keys, tax policy and staff access sit with the Owner.
FAQ
Yes, within the limit set for their role. Larger discounts and price overrides need a role with those permissions.
Yes. Each person's access includes the locations they work at.
