Decide at the till.

When a customer wants it delivered, choose Delivery at the till and capture the recipient, the address, the promised time and any instructions. Collections work the same way: you mark the order ready and record the handover.

02 · Drivers & couriers

Send it with your own driver and vehicle, or hand it to a courier company and record their tracking reference. Every attempt gets its own delivery-note number and manifest, and compatible orders for the same customer and address can travel on one manifest.

A tracking page that stays discreet.

Live maps use company phones

Owners can see enrolled company phones on a live map. Tracking is visible on the phone and switched on or off by the Owner; it uses Posific's Android app, which is rolling out.

Courier connections come later

Courier companies aren't connected automatically yet. Record the courier's tracking reference and share Posific's link with the customer.

Can customers track their delivery?

Yes. Each delivery can have a tracking link showing its status, estimated arrival and courier reference. Location coordinates are never shown to customers.

Can I use a courier company?

Yes. Choose the courier, record their tracking reference and Posific keeps the delivery note, manifest and status with the sale.

What if only part of an order arrives?

Record the exact quantities delivered and the reason for the shortfall. The attempt keeps its own history.
