01 · Customer records
Contact details, what they owe, their points and their history, found from the till by name or phone. Attach a customer to a sale in a keystroke (F4) or create one on the spot.
02 · Credit accounts
Sell on account and the invoice goes straight to Money owed. See who owes the shop, how long it's been waiting and what's coming in. Payments get receipt numbers and settle the oldest invoices first, unless you choose which invoices they pay.
03 · Statements
Print or save an A4 statement for any customer with every invoice, payment and cheque, and the balance by age. Bounced cheques go straight back on the account, so the statement is always right.
04 · Loyalty & lost sales
Customers earn loyalty points on their purchases and spend them as part of a payment. And when someone asks for something you don't have, record it as a lost sale: the most requested items tell you what to stock next.
